RAMP
Here's some additional information about all of the RAMP systems you will need/have access to this season:
1) RAMP admin
OWHA login - This is where you enter all of your home games and can see the away games that other coaches have entered. It's also where you'll access all of the game codes that timekeepers and officials will need when you're the home team. Once populated with your full schedule, you'll want to print this page and keep it on you at all times.
Furthermore, this system will enable you to make AP requests (for call-ups) when you're short players, or approve requests from other teams for your players.
CGHA login - This is where you'll enable your Team RAMP account (see #3 below) and enter all of your practices, exhibitions games, teams events, etc.
Information entered in both of these systems will automatically be populated on the new
CGHA website under your team.
2) RAMP Gamesheets
Once logged in to the OWHA RAMP admin, you will see your team's code for the RAMP Gamesheet app (this code is specific to your team only - don't copy the one in the screenshot) on the main page. Only a select few people on your team will need to download and access this app (coach/manager/timekeeper).
Inside this app, your full schedule and roster (once it's approved) will automatically appear, and as a coach/manager you'll be able to enter jersey numbers, mark players as present/absent for games, sign off on gamesheets as coaches, etc. This is the same app that timekeepers and referees will use, and it links directly to OWHA's systems to record game scores. This replaces the physical gamesheets that were used in the past. You'll enter your team code from the RAMP admin site here:
3) RAMP Team app
When logged into your CGHA admin account (see #1 above), you'll have the option to purchase the RAMP Team app (this is similar to TeamSnap or other team management apps). The benefit of using RAMP Team is that it automatically links to your RAMP admin account, so there's no need to re-enter your schedule. It will be done automatically, and if changes are made to the schedule, they will be reflected there without additional input. It will also allow your players to RSVP for games and events.
